Deep

deep...... so deep........ to where only i can tread .. where angels fear to go..... it is suffocating almost smothering a desert so vast and wide and dusty that when you breathe you take in sand.  the sand scratches your throat and burns your sun burnt leather skin.  
You have been in this desert for as long as you can imagine.... just begging for someone to show you the way home.... but no one comes..... you wait...... but no one comes...... you wait but no one ever comes.... 


You have forgotten your way home......
no water for your parched soul...... you have believed a lie..... you have believed what others have told you... this desert was never meant for you.. you placed yourself there.. the pain unbearable you think.. but if you only knew the pain was your way home..
if only you would stop running from the pain and hating the pain...... do not resist the pain..
if you could embrace the pain .. because the pain is you... you are your pain.... 
embrace yourself... love your pain... accept the pain.. do not try and change it.. sit with it... feel it... love it...
it will begin to show you the way out of the desert and it will show you the way home...
